Chilled soups served in our vintage shot glasses - choose from Pea and Mint; Spiced Beetroot; Cucumber and Yoghurt; Fennel and Tomato Gazpacho.


Tiny tartlets - choose from Tomato and Saffron Custard, Asparagus and Sussex Goats Cheese, Salmon and Pea.

Chicken Liver Pate, with Caramelized Red Onion Marmalde, served on Homemade Oatcakes.


Tiny Sussex Charmer and Rosemary Scones, served with Golden Cross Goats Cheese and Watercress. (Sussex Charmer is a cheddar-like cheese from Rudgwick, West Sussex)
